Even though I have a ton of time (389 days...not that I'm counting) before I really need to start doing anything for our wedding, I already have save-the-dates created (thanks dad), bought the envelopes for the save-the-dates, finished a rough draft of my half of the guest list and bought bags for our favors at the reception...whew...did I leave anything out?
To explain why I bought miniature white paper bags for wedding favors, I need to say that our reception is going to be a dessert bar...there will be an ice cream sundae station with all imaginable toppings, a candy bar (hence the goody bags so people can take candy home and I don't gain 50 pounds) AND wedding cake...be prepared to leave my reception 10 pounds heavier than when you arrived...you're welcome. :) On these white paper bags, so they aren't super boring, I'm going to stamp a cute little letter "B" on them in either pink or navy...I just need to find a stamp...but again, I have PLENTY of time...right?
Also, I'm practically OBSESSED with Katy King's blog...and I'm sad that she won't be posting for a while...and I wish I were HALF as clever as she is...that is all.

Girl! I'm so excited I found your blog! i didn't even know you had one until last week! i read all your posts and am remembering my pre-hectic days. Don't ever think you are doing things too early because you will be thankful when you get down to the last week!!!
