Alright guys...I need some help. I'm having an epically hard time finding bridesmaids dresses. I looked at David's Bridal and found a couple I like...but I'm not feeling the $100-$135 price tag on those. I found one at Windsor...that they apparently no longer carry. I found one at Target...but the smallest size is an 8...and that just won't do. I found one I kind of like but I'm not totally in love with at Francesca's...but I am in dire need of suggestions on where to look for reasonably priced bridesmaids dresses!!! In my opinion nine months out is a good amount of time to order them...and it's stressing me out so if you think it's too soon keep that particular opinion to yourself :) If you have suggestions on where the heck to look for bridesmaids dresses...well, then, leave a comment PLEASE!!! :)
Ann Taylor Loft, JCrew and Banana Republic ( sometimes they have good sales) macy's or dillards. I got mine at Ann Taylor for 40 dollars! Just suggestions!!
ReplyDeleteMy girls found one at Francessca's they really liked but Delia's might have some too that are in the 30-40 range.
ReplyDeletej crew, but wait until winter months! thats when we got our $180 dresses for $25.
ReplyDeleteI'd just be careful about ordering dresses from places that are not bridal stores. I considered doing this, but when I talked to the sales people at the stores, they told me that they could not assure that they would have everyone's size in stock when it came time to order. Wouldn't be any fun for someone to order later and the dress no longer be available. With a bridal store you know the dress is always available.
ReplyDeleteAlso, at a bridal store the dresses are fit to the girl to a certain extent. Someone could buy a dress in their size online, and it not at all be right.
I just wouldn't write off bridal stores yet! They'll have new styles out before June anyways.
thanks guys! :)
