Fall Break...What REALLY Happened

Bah! It's 11 and I have to be up at 5:30 tomorrow...but I had to give an update on my fall break!

Engagement Pictures:
Needless to say, I was worried for nothing (this happens frequently). It was so much fun and our photographers are incredible, see for yourself. (http://creativeeyesphotography.squarespace.com/) We were all over downtown Ft. Worth and the weather was beautiful...it actually got a little warm. I also didn't even wear what I had planned on wearing because it was so warm, but the pictures look amazing if I do say so myself. I've got one good lookin' fiance. ;) The photo shoot (ooo...I sound like a model) was a blast and I was so relaxed the whole time! It was like a day filled with PDA and no one cared!

Ring Shopping:
Didn't happen. Plus I can't buy it right now anyway.

Ranger's winning the ALCS:
Did happen...WE'RE GOIN' TO THE WORLD SERIES! In case you hadn't heard...

Save the Dates:
Also, didn't happen.

Haircut:
Happened. I've now been forbidden to cut my bangs until after the wedding or I won't be able to wear my hair the way I want it...fair enough. It made the wedding seem a little more real watching her play with my hair and picturing it all together. Definitely getting more and more excited! All of the planning will be a reality in 8 months! :)

I'm not sure I mentioned this in my last post, but we also had an appointment with a florist on Friday...it was...interesting.

We're going to use the company, it was just hard getting through to this woman what I wanted. I mean, I don't really care about greenery...I don't think. I don't know. Either way it's going to be cheaper than I thought and my mom is going to go with me when I go again in November so that will definitely help.

Did I mention I love our engagement pictures and my fiance is a heck of a looker? Oh, well, he is, just thought you should know.

  1. i full went off on my florist...I was like, " I Don't want anything green, random pieces of sticks, or baby breath."

If you do want those pieces be sure to have them make you a sample, because some times they put more than what is wanted, and it lowers the cost for them, but keeps it pricey for you!
