Make Up

I realize that my wedding is six months away, but I am a tad bit worried about my wedding day make up. Should I get it done somewhere? Let someone else do it? Do it myself? Practice? Spend lots of money? Save money? I don't want to end up looking like this...

I was thinking more natural and classy, but still glamorous...like so...

Please don't judge me for the Taylor Swift picture.

I will also be purchasing fake eyelashes...

Any advice on the makeup thing would be appreciated as well as advice on where to purchase false eye lashes. :)

  1. Sephora, has really great lashes. Mine stayed on from 9 am to well like 2 am. Stayed on well, but were easy to remove.

Also I went to sephora, and the applying of makeup is free, you just have to buy a $50 giftcard. Which was great to have.

They did a sprayed on foundation, and it was the best thing ever. It felt so fresh, I got married outside in heat, and I didnt even need to touch up.

But since I did my own hair, I did pay to my makeup done. I actually did it for my bridesmaids, so they got a $50 giftcard as a bridesmaid gift. Worked out pretty well!

    Good Luck!

  2. Ok thats awesome! I'm going shopping today so I'll definitely look into that! With the spray on foundation...I don't usually wear foundation and when I do it actually makes my face shinier...do you think the spray on would do that too?

  3. I dont usually either. It is best to wear it because it makes your face completely even for pictures...especially all the close ups! It did not make my face shiny at all, here is a link to one of my close-ups and you cant even tell I have foundation on, but it did make my face even.
**ignore my million laugh lines around my eyes!
