Bad Blogger

I've been a bad blogger. My poor little neglected blog was making me feel bad so I decided I should update real quick. I just started my last semester of nursing school and for those of you who are nurses or have friends that are nurses you know how hectic, crazy, busy, stressful,(insert synonym for hell here) it can be. On top of that I am sick as a dog. I have a "sinus infection"...pretty sure it's bronchitis, but I got meds so I don't care. I slept 14 hours last night, even after sleeping from 6:30 to 9:30 last night, taking a shower and going back to bed. It was fantastic, but now I have a lot of catching up to do since I missed three classes. Boo.

As far as the wedding goes...5 MONTHS! What?!? Where did the time go? All of you who said it would go by fast...I believe you. Jordan and I are going to register this weekend (yea!) and I'm so excited! We are registering at Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond, and Dillard's. Any advice I should know about before registering? Leave me a comment because I am open to all the help I can get! And I will try to be better blogger. :)

  1. 1st: Have fun
2nd: If you are annoyed with trying to figure out which brand or type you want of an items ex: blender, coffee pot, towels. Just go ahead and register for one. Then go home and look more detailed online on the different ones a store has available, you then can switch with just a click of a mouse.
Also be sure to read buyer comments online on EVERYTHING you register for.
When we originally registered, I went home and looked at the comments on those items and was able to learn the towels I choose at the store faded quickly, the knifes I just rusted easily, and the mixer I choose had a very poor satisfaction rate.

Also register for a lot of $10 and under, this will create a lot more options for people. Most people like to buy a gift and add a little something to go along with it. Ex: if you register for a salad spinner, register for a ceramic knife for lettuce and veggies.

I know that sounds crazy, but it really helped the people that came to my wedding out.

Target & Bed Bath and Beyond actually have made the return and exchange process really easy.Be sure to learn about Dillards right when you get the "gun."
    & again have fun!

  2. Just like Taylor said, even after you register go back and read comments and review online. You will probably change it around a lot online, but it is just fun to look at things in the store and get an idea.
