Gun and Run

This weekend Jordan and I did all our registering Saturday and it was so fun to kind of pick out our home together! First we went to Target...which was great...there was absolutely no pressure...it was great! Next we went to Bed, Bath and Beyond...ugh...great place, great stuff...tons of pressure from the "consultant"...she registered us for 12 towels...I don't think I'm going to need 12 full sized towels, nor do I need a $99 coffee maker...needless to say I got online when we got home that night and removed several items we didn't need/want. We did register for some great stuff though! Last we headed to the mall to register at Dillard's. I was really worried about going here because I thought they might be snobby...but it was the most relaxed experience we had! I can't wait to see things start to come together...and for all those thank you notes! Bah!

Now...the Run part of the title is in reference to the 5k (3.1 miles for those of you who don't know) Jordan asked me to do with him on February 12. I agreed...I really do think it would be fun...but I haven't run in a good...oh...4 months...so this might be interesting...not to mention cold...and early (8...yes, that's early). I'm going to try and get a couple good runs in every week until then...but I'm pretty sure my lovely fiance is going leave me in the dust!
